Hello,

I have a combination oven/microwave by Whirlpool that I purchased about 3-4 years ago. The problem is with the upper microwave - it will not start. After I enter the time and hit the "start" button, the word "DOOR" comes on the display and the turntable will not rotate. What is wrong with it and how can it be fixed? Any part I need and where can I get it cheap?

It is likely one of the door switches that has failed.

The door switches are number 51 on the cabinet and stirrer parts breakdown.

You will need a meter to check the switches.

Did you ever find the solution to the problem? The svc tech replaced the door switches assembly on the right side, and we still get the error.
