Hello,

Would like to know if turntable coupling for microwave model JE1240GW001 is easy to install. Don't know if there is a screw on the bottom of appliance to access it or not.

The turntable coupling set on the turntable motor.

You should be able to remove the coupling from the inside of the microwave.

It the turn table is not turning the motor may be faulty.
