Default Timer counting down but nothing else happening
Brand: Frigidaire
Model Number: fmv156dcb
Age: 1 - 4 years

we have a frigidaire over the range microwave and were reheating something and it stopped working. now it doent cook. it will count down the timer and beep but the turntable doesnt turn and it doesnt cook. there are no error codes or anything like that. the control panel clicks when the buttons are pushed.
model: fmv156dcb
serial: 7g50400852

any suggestions???

It sound like the control panel has failed.

i see the control panel is part 23 but i dont see it on any list, were can i get this part?

It is listed as f23 the part number is psPS979762.
