Hi.
I'm renting an apartment that has an OTR Advantium 120 micro/convection. Problem is that the turntable turns the tray very weakly, if at all, and generally not at all. It seems like the glass tray doesn't engage the spindle very well and there's no metal tray.
I want to be sure before I call my landlord and say that it's broken. How can I test the turntable function? Would the wrong glass try make it not work? Can I run it without the tray in there and see if it turns the roller wheel thingy?

Fixed it!
Somebody had flipped the roller wheel upside down and the pads on it that are meant to support the glass tray were rubbing on the bottom of the micro. Thanks everyone and I hope your fix is as easy!
