Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: GH7155XHS
Age: 1 - 4 years
I noticed that the lights under the unit ,above the stove was not working. So I removed the old lamps and installed new ones. the problem is I can not turn them
"OFF", I think it is the control panel it makes a beep sound but the light does not change. Please note it is a three level switch ( low / high / off ) any help to make it work I would be thankful for. Jim

This does sound like a problem in the control board.

It is recommended that microwave repairs be done by a qualified technician because of the high voltage circuit.
