Model Number: SNM1501RAQ
Age: Less than 1 year
I bought a Sunbeam over the range microwave, SNM1501RAQ, at a charity auction. The hood louver is missing and on a call to the Sunbeam "customer service" line was told that part is not available. Does anyone know who makes this unit. Maybe I can use one from another make.

The only thing I can suggest is to find a store that sells the Sunbeam brand and they may be able to match one for you that is available.
