Model Number: jvm1650bh01
Age: 1 - 4 years

I replaced the night light/cooktop light without unplugging the unit. I think that the smartboard needs replaced. hOW DO i ACCESS THE BOARD AND WHAT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS DO i NEED TO TAKE?

Due to the high voltage circuit in the microwave we do not advise this repair be done by the consumer.

We advise you have a qualified appliance technician do the repair.

You would access the board through the front panel.
