Default Panasonic fuse?
Brand: Other
Model Number: NN-S754/S954/S955/SA746
Age: 1 - 4 years

My Panasonic microwave just stopped working. At first I was able to plug it into a different outlet and it worked for a couple of uses. THen it stopped working again and will not come on at all. I am trying to locate the fuse to see if I can replace it. Can I get a diagram and/or parts list for this model? I have never opened a microwave before but I did repair my refrigerator's thermostat recently. I am hopeful that I can tackle this job with some help. Thank you.

If you have never open a microwave before there is a high voltage circuit in the microwave that can be very dangerous even with the unit unplugged.

It is not recommended that you do this repair yourself.

There is a fuse in side.

Does the display light up?

If it does, it is not the fuse.

Sorry I do not have a breakdown for any of the Panasonic products.

Was able to open up the case with a special star bit and located the fuse, replaced and it works good as new. However, the case has a slight gap near the control panel when put back and now I wonder if any radiation can leak out?
