Default Ovens not heating properly
Brand: KitchenAid
Model Number: KDRP487MSS
Age: Less than 1 year

Kitchenaid 48" slide in dual fuel range. Side x Side ovens. Ovens take 1.5 hours to get to the set temperature. Digital read out says temp was reached within 25 minutes, however interal temp with oven thermomater indicates that it is 50 degress off. After 1.5 hours the temp is reached and holds.
What could the problem be? I think I am beyond calibration.

Is this thermometer one of the one that you pick up at a super market?
