No Pwr-blown thermal fuse or thermal cut-out fuse blown. How to access these 2-fuses

Hi!

I have lost power in the Micowave oven. The schematics show 1) thermal fuse and 2) thermal cut-out fuse and the wire to these two fuses go to the Magnetron plastic encasing. Does anyone know how to access and replace these two fuses? I will really appreciate your support.
