New microwave. Just installed. No display at all. Never used but some case damage. Circuit is good and electrical cord is good. Power is getting to all the switches and other components, but no display and touch pad does nothing

If this is brand new it is under warranty unless you bought it with out a warranty because of the damage.

If it is only the cabinet that is damage it should have no effect on the operation of the unit.

You should have it serviced if under warranty so you don't void your warranty.

If you don't have warranty check the connection on the control board.
