Microwave works, loud hum noise

Microwave makes loud hum when heating. Heats like always, however concerned about noise. Thought it was vibration noise but have checked all screws where can.

It could be the magnetron starting to go bad or the transformer.

It is had to say with noise unless you can hear them.
