Default Microwave won't ding
Brand: Tappan
Model Number: 56-2651-10/02
Age: More than 10 years

This microwave still works but the ding at the end of a cook cycle or at the end of the timer no longer dings. Seems like I remember this happening once before a long time ago and it was a fuse or something simple. It is a 1992 model so I guess I'm lucky it even works. But any help would be appreciated.

The signal at the end of the cook time is a part of the control board.

Here is a link to your microwave model 56-2651-10/02.
