Question Microwave vent substitution
Brand: KitchenAid
Model Number: KHMS145JBS0

I need to replace a KitchenAid microwave vent. I think I found the correct parts at this link:
Whirlpool KHMS145JBS0 Parts List
My question is, will the item #8 part # PS392273 ( $33.68) substitute for part # PS897438 ($155.77)?

I am not sure what part number ps897438 is to make it cost more than the others.

But if your grill is like Part number ps392273 you should be fine in ordering it.

It look like the parts a series specific.

To find out for sure call the parts line at 1-888-895-1535.
