Age: 5 - 10 years
I have a problem with my microwave. When it be in use, the turntable doesn't move, but when it is open, the turntable moves. Strange!

Can you help me?

ypur door is out of alignment hitting the wrong part of the door switch try adjusting the door lifting it up or down , c what that does it is with your switches jpg

I tried to adjust the door, but it didn't work.
