Default Microwave stopped working completely
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: Profile over stove
Age: 5 - 10 years

Our microwave stopped working completely. Doesn't turn on, no clock display or anything. We've tried replacing the power unit and it still doesn't work. We've checked fuses and the outlet and those are both fine. Any other suggestions?

It is likely an internal problem.

We do not recommend self service on microwaves due to the high voltage circuit in them.

If You Loosen The Top And Bottom Torx Screw On Inside Of Door, You Can Tilt Panel Down. Then Find The Wire Hanging In The Middle Of Unit,
Disconnect For One Minute, Then Reconnect And Microwave Will Come On.
