Default Microwave sounds like it's working but no heat
Brand: Magic Chef
Model Number: DM15K-7BS
Age: 5 - 10 years

Have never used this microwave since purchase 2002. It is a 1997 motor home that spent 3 months in Alaska traveling over some very rough roads. I can't believe the wheels didn't fall off. This may have damaged something in the microwave? I have no idea what is wrong with it. Please help!

Try it in a different outlet (maybe one at home). Perhaps it isn't getting enough power to heat effectively.
