Default Microwave prblems
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: jes1146bf
Age: 1 - 4 years

The unit is possessed.....it would turn on it self...and keep adding 30 seconds to keep running. I would unplug the unit to keep it from burning out.......well needless I forgot to unplug it. and now it's dead..........could it be the P.C board Transformer Capacitor?........I checked the current up to the Transformer and to the PC board....all works fine........didnt get any readings after the transformer.

It sound like the board on the front of the microwave is shorted out.

You should check your owners manual for warranty.

Can you verify your model number?

It should be on the microwave door case.
