microvare oven heats ok but we hear an unusual low tone beep all the time even when the microvare oven is unpluged

GE microwave ovenheats up ok but it beep with an unusual low-tone beep even when oven is unpluged

sound like a your high voltage capacitor slowly discharging. need new capacitor.
