Can Anyone help I installed this unit about four years ago. It's used every day. Carousal works as does all other functions but the heating. It stopped heating then worked again and has now stopped permantley. What part or options do I need or have ? thanks for any help.........

It is either the magnetron or the transformer that is the cause of your problem.

Because of the high voltage circuit in the microwave it is advise that you have it serviced by a qualified technician.
