 Microwave Fan Won't Go OFF Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 4 years
I forgot to turn the exhaust fan on yesterday when boiling potatoes. By the time I turned it on, the unit was pretty covered in condensation. Last night the fan wouldn't turn off. Then it went off and on intermittently. I unplugged it over night to see if that would reset it. I plugged it back in, and the fan came on by itself and has been running continuously for about 20 minutes now. I was able to reset the clock, which I couldn't do last night. The microwave itself works just fine. The fan just won't turn off or change levels. I don't really want to replace this almost-new microwave. |
