Question Microwave
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: JVM1870WF07
Age: 5 - 10 years

While Using My Microwave One Top Shelf Bracket Melted And The Shelf Dropped Causing An Arc On The Bottom Shelf And Door. The Shelf Is Now Resting On Three Brackets. This Should Be A Warranty Issue Correct?

its probably not covered, the rack should not b in microwave unless u have 2 levels of food in there. or a bunch of food pot roast / potates etc. take racks out of wave and sand down burn archs with sand paper, whirlpool microwaves do the same thing. u want food to turn anyway while cooking jpg

i have a ge microwave model #jvm1660wb005 and it's not heating. a sensor error
comes up. What do i do?
