F2 error on screen....doesn't work at all, no buttons work either.

The F 2 code stands for the membrane switch failure.

You will have to replace the membrane.

If the problem persists you will have to replace the electronic control.

Here is a link to your microwave model MH3184XP.

You will need the last two digit of your model number to get the right part.

The model number should be on the frame where the door closes.
