Micro won't heat up

I have a kitchenaid kcms145jss and it won't heat up. It has a buzzing sound when it is on but won't heat. My daughter put a piece of tin foil in there about one week before it shut down.

any advice (part nos) would be appreciated.

Hi,

Could be a problem with the megnetron or high voltage diode.
