Our KitchenAid microwave (KBMC140HSS0) has begun beeping erratically (usually at around 2am!). To no avail, we have tried disconnecting the power at the circuit breaker for 24 hours with the thought that the internal circuitry would reset. Any suggestions on the cause and how to repair?

could be anything.. there is a code inside (you have to take it apart to see - don't forget to unplug it)
Could be the control board.
