this unit is built in with the oven. i have it out in my shop the model number is3813559. the unit does work but when the cycle ends the fan turn table,and light continue to operate. it continues for several minutes. i checked the three switches in the door they are all working. when the fan finally stops i here a click coming from the megatron. could that be going bad.

Can you please verify your model number?

It should be on a tag on the frame of the stove where the drawer closes.

the oven number isKEMS377YBLO.the number on the back of the microwave is listed as the model number in my previous post.

It is likely a problem in the control panel for the microwave.

The only way to fix it is to replace the control but on the breakdown it shows that it is no longer available.
