Key pad works but microwave doesn't

The key pad on my microwave works and if you push start it will count down, but the fan or nothing works. Is this a sensor of some kind or would be best to just buy a new one?

We do not offer service information on microwave oven due to the high voltage circuit inside.

It is advised that it be serviced by a qualified technician.
