Default GE Spacesaver Microwave doesn't "wave"
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: JVM 140001
Age: More than 10 years

Everything on the microwave works except the microwaving. No heating on anything in the oven.
Ohm test of fuse shows it is operative. Ohm test of your part #PS2309 shows no continuity.
Your schematic shows this part to be PS 2309, but when entered as a purchase, it shows up as "cordset".
Any suggestions???
