Model Number: jem31sa
Age: 5 - 10 years

we paid $ 500 for this model ( in stainless ) 5 yrs ago....had a cubby built just for this unit and its acting nuts.....I have unpluged it a dozen times to get it to go ( works for now...)and this weekend the display was blinking at about 60 a second I called 1 800 and the gal at ge said my contolpanel is begining to fry and 5 the part is 100$$I suspect they are available for 17 $$ what do i need here exactly ...and can a person with above average mechanical apptitude do this task ????Mike in Omaha
