The microwave has completely shut down - no lights on panel - no light when I opeen the door - no response when I try to use the key pad. It was working fine and I was making microwave fudge - which gets the chocolate and butter to boiling, I opened the door, stirred it and shut the door to restart and there was nothing. Can you please give me an idea what to try to replace - I guess it is a fuse of some kind but there is more than one listed.

It may be the fuse or it could be the thermal disk.

With the last two digit of your model number you will get a better view of your microwave.

The fuse is located behind the grill above the door.

You can check it with a meter if you have one.
