 Electronics Functioning but not heating or turntable working Brand: Jenn-Air Model Number: JMV8196AAS Age: 1 - 4 years
My microwave has worked fine until now. When you program it to run the electronic timer functions and counts down but the turntable and heat/power do not function. It functions just like if you were to put it in the kitchen timer mode. I assume it is a fuse or maybe the thermostat. Any advice?
I assume if it was the actual microwave cooking unit the turntable etc would work but and just not heat... Thoughts? |
