Sorry I do not have any information on your microwave.
It is recommended that this repair should be done by a qualified technician.
After any work done on a microwave a leak test should be done.

Home repair on microwaves is not recommended.
There is the potential to have a leak.
Repairs like this should be done by a qualified technician.

Hey why don't you replace your Door handle itself. I would prefer to replace that as I never take chance with my property, would you?

I have GE SapcemakerXL model JVM133005, could anye one tell me how to replace it, there is no screw on the door except one that on for top part of handle.

i found the answer. i have same problem. apparent inner seal can gently be pried out...clips to popback in.
