Do the surface burners still work?

Can you please verify your model number?

It is found on a tag on the frame of the stove where the drawer closes.

Your problem is likely a faulty printed circuit board in the control panel.

Does the microwave still work correctly?

Check and see if your are getting voltage to the light sockets.

If there is no voltage then the circuit board is at fault.

Here is a link to your microwave model jvm1410bc001.
