Brand: General Electric
Model Number: jvm1450ba
Age: 5 - 10 years

the carousel coupler is badly burned on one of the lobes. the motor itself seems to be turning ok. i would welcome any help eith my problem. thank you.

easy to replace. take screws out of bottom of microwave. bottom plate will lower down. turntable motor has 2 screws holding it into place and 1 wire harness. 2 screws out turn motor a little back and forth. drops down. you should be able to remove coupling from inside unit now. put back together. always unplug!
