Maybe this is a silly question but it appears that the screw head that holds the grill on and protects that parts behind has a wierd head on it - like a star with a hole in the middle. How can I get the right screwdriver to use so I dont strip any of the screws.

This may be a security torx style screw. You can find a security scredriver with a set of common bits at sears.
