My bathtub's water pressure is low when the hot water is running. No other area in the house has an issue like this. What could be the possible issue?

It could be the tap internal rubber causing the problem. Some tap internal rubber can't take heat so they start swelling after few month and cause this problem. It would start with strong cold water and as the water heats it loses pressure. After some time it might keep the low pressure all the time (it happened to me). Hope you best of luck.
