Question Vacuum Cleaner Hose Repair

I resently purchased a replacement hose (#4153025) for my Kenmore canister vacuum cleaner, model #116.2143090. The hose is not supplied with the hose adapters. How do I separate the hose adapter (4152863) from the tube adapter (4153047) and the swivel assembly (4154051)? Once I have that accomplished will it be obvious how to remove the hose adapter from the old hose and install them on the new hose?
