Red face TV stays on mute

I can't seem to get my tv off of mute. I am not sure what I did in the menu mode to put all channels on mute. I get a great pic but no sound. Anyone help me? Thanks!

Roger

Hi... It depends on your TV mak, model, chassais, etc.

If it is a menue related, it could be some "Hotel TV" feature that allows hotels to reduce volume or maybe mute it on their TVs (to safeguard other customers).

If it is a fault, get Make, Model and chassais number from the back of your TV (not front) and check them againest the fault in this site: -
TV DataBase
Good luck
