Did you try seeing if there was something close in your city where they could help you out?

Wish I could help more, but I do not know much about tv repair.

Default unusual problems

I have a JVC AV-32F703. The problem with it is very unusual. The only way it will stay on is if you plug it in, but when it's on no picture shows, produces a stac sound and you can't turn it off, and you can't change channels or turn it off unless you unplug it. What could be wrong with it?
