Digi Max DVD model numer DM-DV-8941k it desplay no disc the disc just turn for few seconds and stop what could be the problem?

If you do not have a CD/DVD Lens Cleaner disk I would purchase one
Basically it is a disk with small brushes on it to remove dust from the lens

Sometimes you have to open it up and clean the LED with isopropyl alcohol, especially if there are lots of smokers.

The unit is looking for the lead in tracks, it gives it a couple tries then shuts down
