I have a Sunbeam water cooler that dispenses hot, cold and room temp water. Currently it will not dispense cold water at all. Hot and room temp are fine. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem the model# is YLR2-5-87h3 any help will be appreciated

Sounds like the same problem. I called the manufacturer and they said I needed to reset the thermostat because the machine had been turned off for a bit and also we had moved it. I when through the steps of shutting it down and then slowly starting it up again but it did not help. The cold water tap will only work after I have unplugged the machine for about an hour.
