Hi i Have a sunbeam hot/cold water dispenser model YLR2524H2 that is 1 years old. we purchased it from Home depot. The package says not to return to store. The problem we are having is that it does not chill the water. Hot water side was fine. And it is the noisest water dispenser I have ever heard. Does anyone have any idea what to do?

i have had the same problem, but my water cooler has a middle handle for warm water which i don't use so i just un screwed the handles and switched them. but my cocern now is that my unit is now making alot of snapping sounds, has anyone else experience this too, i'm afraid that it will short out and cause a fire..

i do know some one who had a handle break off and they got a new one from their water supplier so maybe you could get one from them

I found the manufacturer Elite Classics their # is 1-877-383-6399. The cost for the handle is $ 5.00 plus shipping. I believe the company is in Canada.

I have the same model water cooler as you people have described. I have the hot water tap which we do not use. However, our cold water tap broke off! Would anyone like to trade a hot water tap for a cold or neutral tap?

I have the same problem with the hot water faucet on model YLR2-5-24H2. I called the elite group at 1-811-383-6399. I got a recording the business was closed for "Canada Day" on 7/1/08. Today is 7/18/08. Any other ideas about contacting this company? I googel ed the model number and found this site.
