Default Stand mixer 4KSMC50S

simple question , i have a stand mixer and the flat beater have block and now it wont turn anymore so some gear have break

the motor is running some gear have break

my question is , is there a protection gear that break, or no chance and i need to open it...

what is the common gear that break in that case..
