Default Kitchen Aid-Again

I have plowed through multiple Kitchen Aids. This time the assemble that holds the, Beater, dough hook etc., just dropped out? I cant find anything that hold it up and in place?

Appreciate any help

Can you please supply the model number of your mixer?

There should be a tag on the bottom or the back with the model and serial number on it.

600 is just a series number.

It is actually a cracjed vertical center shaft. Is there a trick to romoving retaining ring?

also attached is a question with pic about removing a gear
