Thumbs down Jenn-Air Microwave M42601

My husband is trying to remove a Jenn-Air Microwave that came with the home we are living in (built in 1990) and has removed microwaves before but this one has him stumped. He expected to remove the front, loosen a few screws and slide out the micro. However, this one doesn't seem to be attached in the same way as other micros he has worked on - any suggestions?

Some of them have a metal rack on the back of the wall, you need to lift the back of it out of its hangers, If there is a cabinet above it make sure the bolts are out of it!!!!!!

We just took our jen-air microwave out. Just make sure you take every screw in the bottom out and the one or two above the cabinet of course.

Unscrew the front faceplate along the top and all the screws inside and don't forget the long rods, they are also are screws and will come right out.

Good luck!

Michelle
