Question GE Water cooler no cold water

I have a GE water cooler/frig. The Hot water faucet works, the water faucet works but I do not get cold water from that faucet. (no water at all). How can the cold water faucet be fixed?

Default GE Profile

The front says GE Profile.
It is a silver unit with three faucets.
The only number I see on the back is 060603112

The model number should be on a tag with the serial number and look like this GXCF25HBS.

Here is the parts breakdown for this water cooler model GXCF25HBS.
