Dryer is working well, everything normal except when end of cycle buzzer sounds, it keeps BUZZING and won't shut off. Hitting the timer button worked for a while, now I've disconnected a yellow wire that goes to the buzzer itself.

Is this a bad timer??? I think it is but at $100.00 + I wanted some confirmation before I change it.

It would appear the the timer is the only thing that tells the buzzer to sound so it is likely the contacts in the timer.

If that is the only thing that is giving you a problem and you can live without the buzzer I would not replace the timer.
