Question Does anyone know how to troubleshoot a GE RO Water Purifier?

Hi-
We have a GE Smartwater Reverse Osmosis System ( Model # GXRV10ABL01). We have an under sink unit with the storage tank...it is hooked up to the the normal dispenser that goes on the sink and we also have a link to the icemaker. We started noticing that the water pressure was getting low out of the RO water dispenser and the ice cubes were coming out hollow. We changed all the filters and it seemed to work real well for a few days. We are now back to very low pressure and hollow icecubes. We are not getting much water from the purified water faucet so I am pretty confident that it is a problem with the system and not the icemaker. We checked the H2O in supply line and there are no problems there. We pulled each of the connections off and cleaned the lines. No visible problems there. The supply tank doesn't seem to be filling all the way either.
Has anyone heard of new filters being bad? Do RO Membranes go bad or dry out even if they are still packaged and unopened? Seems like we have alot less pressure after changing the filters.
Any ideas?
Thanks for any suggestions

Default

Never mind...
Got it fixed. I needed to pressurize the holding tank.
The pressure was low...got it to 7psi and now in business!
