Default Cleaning the refrigerator

Cleaning out the frig is a chore I just don't do often enough. Even when I think it is reasonably clean, I find a ton of nasty stuff in there. Any hints for keeping it tidier?

Not really, unless you can order stuff as you put it in. Don't leave anything in the fridge for too long, otherwise you may find a nasty suprise :P

I found a slice of bologna (I know that's what it was since it was still in the pack) whch had dried up to the size of Canadian bacon. I stayed on my diet very good all day after that!

I completely understand. I try to clean out my fridge regularly so that does not happen.
