I never thought of that. What about looking for a specific appliance paint at Home Depot or something?

I once used epoxy paint, after it dried it looked bad like a real novice painted it. Also I stuch my fingernail in the paint and it was soft still, never got really very hard.

On another note, refrain from using touchup paint on range tops, as the paint will burn off, and will be difficult to remove
